چکیده

Abstract With regard to the application of thin-film hot-dip galvanizing a welded steel tube structure in vehicle construction, several test series were carried out investigate potential for hydrogen embrittlement caused by pretreatment media used process. Here, C-ring specimens produced from materials E355 and C75 different tempering states, treated hydrochloric acid-based operational pickle, then tested under constant strain rate or load. The results show that investigated pickling conditions, no hydrogen-induced effect occurs up hardness 470 HV case material 500 C75. Only 550 600 HV, both C75, was tendency observed; this more pronounced after treatment with freshly prepared pickle than operating pickles. two methods showed consistent results.

Evaluation of Photocatalytic Activity of Fe Doped TiO2 Thin Film Prepared by sol-gel hot dip-coating

The application of Fe–TiO2 photocatalysis using sol–gel method by hot–dipping technique was investigated. Then, the influences of fabrication parameters, molar ratios of Fe to TiO2, the sol temperature, poly ethylene glycol (PEG) content and the number of dipping cycles on the photocatalytic activity in visible light region were mainly studied. The experimental results revealed the sample with ...
